Structural characteristics of tubeless tire

The main feature of tubeless tires is that they do not need to use inner tubes and cushion belts, compressed air is directly injected into the inner cavity of the outer tire, and bear the role of the outer tire and the inner tube. The inner tube chamber wall of the tubeless tire is provided with a certain thickness of the air tight layer, which is made of a good air tight rubber material (CIIR or BIIR), so that the tire can maintain a stable internal pressure. The outside of the tire ring is provided with a number of circular grooves or various shapes of sealing rubber layers to increase the edge of the tire and the rim. The sealing diameter of tubeless tire is less than the rim diameter, so that the tire and the rim are closely connected to ensure that the air tightness of each part of the tire is good.
The advantage of tubeless tires is that they can improve the safety of driving, the soft body can improve the buffer performance of the tire, save raw materials, reduce the weight of the tire, and are beneficial to fuel saving and high speed driving. The disadvantage is that the requirements for the rim are strict, the tire ring and the rim are difficult to close, it is not easy to repair after damage, and the tire with inner tube can not be used interchangeably.
